• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera P6, Sage 300 CRE).

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate with design partners.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, change orders, and contracts.
• Develop staffing plans and resource allocations.
• Lead project scheduling with the Superintendent and baselines in Primavera P6.
