Clarvida is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee a team of Program Specialists within our community services programs. You will report to the Regional Director and ensure performance aligns with policies, procedures, and regulations while driving efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with required experience working with persons developmentally disabled; or an Associate Degree/60 credit hours with four years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff of Program Specialists and ensures performance aligns with Company policies and procedures and program regulations.
• Evaluates performance and sets goals for growth and efficiency.
• Ensures programs operate in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures; conducts regular meetings to monitor operations and recommends enhancements to the Regional Director.
