Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Manager of Program Operations to supervise a team of Program Specialists and coordinate multiple community-based programs. The role reports to the Regional Director and ensures adherence to company policies, program regulations, and quality standards while guiding staff toward performance goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s in a related field with direct experience supporting persons with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s/Bachelor’s/Associate degree with related experience in developmentally disabled settings.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring policy compliance.
• Ability to evaluate performance and guide staff development.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Program Specialists and directs daily operations.
• Ensures programs comply with regulations and policies.
• Makes recommendations for program enhancements to leadership.

About This Role

A person in this position provides the supervision, direction, and support integral in the efficient operation of assigned programs. Responsibilities are varied in nature and are carried out under the direct supervision of the Regional Director. Supervises a staff of Program Specialists and ensures that their performance is in line with Company policies and procedures and program regulations; evaluates their performance and establishes goals and objectives for continuing growth and efficiency in performing job duties; takes corrective action when necessary. Ensures that programs operate in compliance with regulations, established policies, and acceptable operating procedures; obtains information from program specialists through regular contact and established meetings to determine if programs operate as expected; makes recommendations for enhancements/changes to the Regional Director.

Required Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree and one year of experience working directly with persons developmentally disabled; or a Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience working directly with such persons; or an Associate Degree or 60 credit hours and four years of such experience.
