• Master’s Degree with 1 year of experience working directly with persons developmentally disabled.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience in direct work with such persons.
• Associate Degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of relevant experience.

• Supervise a staff of Program Specialists and ensure performance aligns with policies.
• Ensure programs operate in compliance with regulations and procedures.
