Job summary

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in clinic operations leadership, solid budgeting skills, and a track record of strategic process improvements within healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years clinic operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare IT systems.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between OCH locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical, Dental, and Operational Support teams across Hood River clinics.
• Collaborate with VP of Business Operations and COO to improve staffing and service delivery.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.
• Develop policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives aligned with OCH goals.
