Job description

Principal Accountabilities: (The following describes the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

1. Coordinates and works closely with capacity management and peers on daily field activities.
2. Plans all aspects of operations to achieve the highest service level at the lowest cost.
3. Directs and implements all aspects of the operating plan for responsible SC facilities.
4. Evaluates and measures actual cost results against plans and recommends changes to accomplish goals and objectives.
5. Discusses, develops, and implements alternatives to improve customer service.
6. Ensures a safe and secure working environment at each facility through consistent safety practices and procedures.
7. Assists in the selection and training of operations staff.
8. Establishes and maintains positive employee relations and internal communication.
9. Ensures compliance with operations standards and procedures.
10. Establishes accountabilities and processes to ensure productivity and organizational objectives.

Essential Functions: Must pass any required background checks, clearances, and drug tests as mandated by government, airport, or company policies.

Knowledge and Skills: This is a director-level position requiring:

• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and strategic skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Generally, 6 years of operations and related management experience preferred.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, disability insurance, and more. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, qualifications, performance, location, and internal equity.
