Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Director to join the leadership team. This role focuses on embodying the Owner/Operator's vision, creating a fun and focused work environment, and coaching others toward success while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The Director will collaborate with the Owner/Operator to develop strategies for operational execution, lead restaurant leaders, and drive the team toward business results. The work schedule includes openings, mid-shifts, and closings.
