Lithia & Driveway invites you to join its Operations Development Program at the Moon Township dealership. This full-time role starts with a 3-month training period at a starting salary of $60,000, with opportunities for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.

You will support multiple dealership departments and rotate through core operations to build real-world leadership and process skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Dive into core dealership operations with hands‑on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I
• Master daily store workflows through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities
• Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen by working across multiple departments
• Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings
• Complete the program with deep dealership expertise and a clear, accelerated path focused on leadership potential
