Lithia & Driveway invites you to join its Operations Development Program at the Moon Township dealership. This full-time role starts with a 3-month training period at a starting salary of $60,000, with opportunities for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.

You will support multiple dealership departments and rotate through core operations to build real-world leadership and process skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• Clear, confident communication and active listening.
• Reliable, detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist dealership departments (Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office) to support daily operations.
• Master store workflows through onboarding, shadowing, and taking on responsibilities.
• Collaborate with store and regional leaders through coaching and meetings.
• Assist with leadership development and operational initiatives.
