Lithia & Driveway Baierl Chevrolet in Wexford, PA is launching an Operations Development Program. This full‑time, on‑site role gives hands‑on exposure across Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more.

During a 3‑month training period, starting salary is $60,000 with opportunities for performance‑based increases, bonuses, and long‑term leadership paths within the dealership network.

Location: Lithia & Driveway – Baierl Chevrolet of Wexford. NOW HIRING: Operations Development Program.

• Full‑time hours are Monday through Saturday, 8‑5 AM.
• On‑site position.
• Salary: Starting at $60,000 during the 3‑month training period. After training, eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.
• Provide support to dealership departments (Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more!).
