Job summary

Rwazi, Inc. seeks an operator to build and run a contributor network across LATAM. You will recruit and activate contributors, hire field agents, and source partners to extend delivery capacity.

You will manage live data-collection projects end to end with a strong emphasis on on-site work and hands-on leadership. You will meet contributors and partners in person, run recruitment drives and trainings, supervise collection days, and travel regularly in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience managing distributed field teams or crowdsourced data operations.
• In-person recruitment, trainings, and site visits.
• Experience managing partners against a spec and deadlines.
• Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within LATAM.
• Strong real-time tracking and data-driven updates.
• Ability to build scalable playbooks for onboarding and QC.

The role

We are looking for an operator to build and run our contributor network across Latin America. You will recruit and activate contributors, hire and supervise field agents, and source implementation partners — studios, agencies, universities, and local field firms — that extend our delivery capacity. Then you will manage live data-collection projects end to end, from specification through to accepted delivery.

This is a field role as much as a desk role. You will meet contributors and partners in person, run recruitment drives and training sessions in key cities, supervise collection days on site, and travel regularly across the region. If you want to manage from behind a dashboard only, this is not the role. If you want to build something on the ground that thousands of people earn from, it is.

What you’ll do

• Build the network — recruit, vet, and onboard contributors and field agents across LATAM markets.

• Get out there — meet contributors, communities, and potential partners face to face; run in-market recruitment drives, onboarding sessions, and meetups.

• Manage implementation partners — source, onboard, and manage studios, agencies, and field firms to the same spec and quality bar as our own network.

• Run field agents — hire, brief, schedule, and supervise agents, including on-site oversight of collection days.

• Deliver projects end to end — own live data-collection projects from spec to accepted delivery: volume, quality, timeline, and budget.

• Protect quality — enforce spec adherence so submissions pass review the first time; feed rejection patterns back into training.

• Support the people doing the work — be the real-time support line for contributors in the field, and make sure everyone gets paid accurately and fast.

• Build the playbook — sourcing channels, partner pipeline, onboarding flows, and QC checklists that scale beyond you.

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing distributed field teams, gig-economy contributors, or crowdsourced data-collection operations — ideally across multiple LATAM markets.

• Real field experience: you’ve run recruitment drives, trainings, site visits, or collection operations in person.

• Experience managing third-party vendors or partners against a spec and a deadline.

• Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese strongly preferred.

• Willingness to travel regularly within the region, including short-notice trips.

• Operational discipline: real-time trackers, numbers-first updates, and the instinct to raise problems with a fix attached.

• Bias to action. We operate on output over effort, speed over perfection, and ownership over hierarchy.

• Contract engagement, full-time commitment, based anywhere in Latin America.

• Monthly rate plus reimbursed work travel; performance-based variable pay may be discussed after an initial three-month period.

• You’ll work directly with our Operations and Monetization leadership from day one.
