Job summary

FeedConstruct is seeking a Continent Manager for LATAM to lead data collection and scouting operations across Latin America. You will build and manage a regional network of scouts and partners, ensure real-time, accurate data across competitions, and identify new leagues and coverage opportunities while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires senior leadership, fluent English and Spanish, travel as needed, and the ability to work in a hybrid or fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Sports Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in sports data operations, scouting networks, or related sports business environments.
• Strong knowledge of Latin American sports markets, especially football ecosystems.
• Experience managing distributed or regional teams across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical, operational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, real-time environments.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel across Latin America when needed.
• Ability to work in hybrid or fully remote senior operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data collection and scouting operations across Latin America.
• Develop and maintain a strong regional network of scouts, data providers, and operational partners.
• Ensure accurate, real-time collection of sports data across LATAM competitions.
• Identify new leagues, tournaments, and coverage opportunities within the region.
• Maintain operational quality, latency standards, and data integrity across all workflows.
• Collaborate with product, trading, rights, and technical teams to support business objectives.
• Monitor regional sports ecosystems and evolving market opportunities.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance of local contributors.
• Improve operational processes, tools, and regional efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, integrity rules, and regulatory frameworks.
• Represent the company in regional partnerships, negotiations, and operational engagements.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with operational goals.
