Qualifications

• Experience administering SharePoint Online.
• Experience creating and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Experience with data transformation and data preparation.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, permissions, lists, libraries, and content structures.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and business metrics.
• Perform data transformation, validation, cleansing, and ongoing data management activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Document business processes, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
• Assist with business application administration and user support.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing, and rollout activities.
• Provide training and support to end users on business systems and technology tools.
