Job summary

OPSPro is seeking an experienced Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI Software Developer to join their team. Candidate will provide client support for cloud based applications, mainly Microsoft 365 environments.

You will work independently and as part of a cross-functional team while handling multiple tasks. The role includes intranet support, developing business tools, and contributing to a positive team environment with ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI, data analysis, or related field.
• Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Use data to understand business patterns and trends
• Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
• Communicate findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports
• Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Create, Update, Develop business tools and applications for use across the company
• Provide documentation and training for company and client staff on use of business applications
• Assist the technical lead with projects from implementation through testing and production
• Must be able to effectively communicate with users at all skill levels and document unique issues and solutions in a support knowledgebase or procedure/policy documents
• Accurately update applications, websites, and content management systems
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and support software applications and business processes. Analyzes and tests new software configurations
