Job summary

OPSPro, based in Dayton, OH, seeks an experienced Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI Software Developer to join its IT team. You will support cloud-based applications in Microsoft 365, work independently or with cross-functional teams, and maintain intranet applications while taking on new projects.

The role requires building data-driven reports, collaborating across departments, and helping implement APIs and data integrations. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint, MS Flow, MS Teams and PowerBI.
• 3–5 years of experience working with JavaScript.
• 1–3 years of experience with HTML, CSS, jQuery and C# or .NET, Node.JS, .NETCore.
• Strong aptitude and desire to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Use data to understand business patterns and trends.
• Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research.
• Communicate findings to company through reports.
• Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Create, Update, Develop business tools and applications for use across the company.
• Provide documentation and training for staff on use of business applications.
• Assist the technical lead with projects from implementation through testing and production.
• Communicate with users at all skill levels and document issues and solutions.
• Update applications, websites, and content management systems.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and support software applications and business processes.
