Job summary

HeiTech Services is seeking a senior engineer to design, develop, and support SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform solutions within complex federal environments. You will translate architecture and business requirements into secure, maintainable solutions with hands-on leadership across the solution lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, master, or Ph.D. in a relevant technical discipline.
• Active Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or AZ-204 preferred.
• Experience delivering SharePoint, M365, and Power Platform solutions in federal environments.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and systems engineering.
• Ability to obtain government clearance (U.S. citizen).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior, hands-on technical support for design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
• Work directly with senior architects and technical leads to translate approved architecture and requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Apply structured analysis, design methodologies, and systems-engineering practices to complex requirements.
• Support development and refinement of architectures for large enterprise information systems.
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation of complex issues.
• Develop and enhance applications, workflows, automations, integrations, and related components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate requirements and impacts; contribute to standards and knowledge transfer.
