Job summary

Cayuse Holdings in Washington, DC area is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our enterprise collaboration, reporting, and authentication platforms across on‑premises and cloud environments.

You will manage SharePoint environments, Power BI Report Server, SQL, and ADFS while aligning with hybrid cloud needs and compliance requirements. A formal background check and an active TS/SCI clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience administering SharePoint environments (on-prem, Azure, and SPO).
• Proven ability to implement patching, hardening, and compliance remediation (e.g., NIST 800-53).
• Experience with Power BI Report Server, SQL administration, and ADFS.
• Active Top Secret/ SCI clearance and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on‑prem, Azure, and Cloud SharePoint environments.
• Troubleshoot performance, monitor systems, and optimize reliability.
• Administer SharePoint Online security, access controls, and features.
• Configure Power BI Report Server data sources and report deployments.
• Monitor SQL servers and ensure failover readiness and DR capabilities.
• Support ADFS authentication and claims-related issues.
