Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics, part of JD.com, is seeking an Operations Business Support Specialist to reinforce warehouse operations in the U.S. You will support daily processes, verify information, and manage documentation while helping ensure an excellent customer experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate external workforce resources, and analyze data to inform decisions. A minimum associate degree and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in business, operations, CS or related field.
At least 1 year in operations support or related role.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support daily operational activities, including data entry, information verification, and document management.
Coordinate and manage third-party workforce resources.
Collect, organize, and analyze operational data and prepare reports.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
Assist with process improvements to boost efficiency.
Address customer feedback promptly and help improve satisfaction.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
