Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Business Support Specialist in Fontana, CA to support warehouse operations, data entry, and documentation. You will coordinate third-party resources and help ensure daily throughput while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, and collaborate across teams to address issues, drive improvements, and boost customer satisfaction. A degree and relevant experience are preferred, with strong Microsoft Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience in operations support or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Annual Performance Bonus

Position Overview

The Operations Business Support role is responsible for supporting JDL’s warehouse operations to ensure efficient day-to-day business processes and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily operational activities, including data entry, information verification, and document management.
• Assist with the coordination and management of third-party workforce resources.
• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration to resolve operational issues and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collect and respond to customer feedback, resolve issues in a timely manner, and help improve customer satisfaction.
• Complete additional tasks and projects assigned by management.

About You

• Associate’s degree or above; all majors are welcome. Degrees in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
• At least one year of experience in operations support or a related role is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem‑solving, and learning abilities.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
