Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Administrator to evaluate supply chain data, track daily performance metrics, and optimize facility workflows. You will build performance dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and improve inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires strong Excel, data analysis, and communication skills, with experience in warehouse or manufacturing settings. This is a day shift on site with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 years analytical experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, power query) and familiarity with SQL or Power BI.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solving and critical thinking to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Tracks a variety of metrics and prepares weekly and monthly review documents.
• Builds daily, weekly, and monthly reports on labor utilization and productivity.
• Uses outputs to identify issues and develop improvement plans.
• Maintains facility document control and ensures compliance with program requirements.
• Calculates billing rates for special work orders per contracts.
• Collects and reports LMS data; administers accountability programs.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies with the inventory team.
• Partners with leadership to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinates facility purchasing and investigates price models.
• Maintains records of maintenance repairs and parts inventory to minimize downtime.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
