The Operations Associate at NCD helps keep core workflows accurate, efficient, and on schedule. You’ll support daily workstreams, contribute to improvements, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Member Care, Sales, and Finance to keep data clean and communications clear.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of operations, billing, commissions, or financial administration experience preferred.
• Experience with data integrity and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy across CRM and systems.
• Process assigned workflows (billing, payments, enrollments) on schedule.
