Job summary

AV is seeking an Operations Data and Digital Transformation Manager to bridge Operations and IT/DBT. You will drive data governance, standardize processes, and lead initiatives enhancing visibility, system reliability, and Industry 4.0 adoption.

The role covers ERP/MES/PLM/SIOP integrations and analytics dashboard alignment on the shop floor and planning. You will manage projects, train teams, and promote innovation, staying current with manufacturing digital advances.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Immersive experience in an Oracle Fusion ERP operating environment is a must.
5+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or IT/DBT.

Responsibilities

Serve as Strategic and Tactical Bridge Between Operations & IT, translating needs into IT specifications.
Act as liaison between Operations and IT/DBT to align tools with shop floor execution, planning, and quality.
Ensure ERP, MES, PLM, and SIOP systems enable and improve operational efficiency.
Lead rollout of digital technology and train Operations teams for adoption.
Gather feedback from shop floor, planning, and materials to IT/DBT.
Govern master data (BOMs, routings, inventory structures) and standardize processes.
Align dashboards KPIs with digital systems and validate accuracy with Oracle Fusion and Splash BI.
Manage Ops-IT projects like Oracle Fusion ERP, MES deployments, and SIOP adoption.
Scout emerging technologies and drive Industry 4.0 initiatives with measurable value.
