HSP US is seeking a Digital Factory Specialist to drive the digital transformation of our manufacturing operations, implementing MES and ERP, and ensuring real‑time data flow across the production lifecycle. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, quality and IT to advance automation, data analytics, AI use cases, and digital twins for predictive maintenance and forecasting.

Qualifications
- 5+ years implementing MES, ERP or factory digitalization in manufacturing.
- Experience with Industry 4.0 tech such as IIoT, SCADA, digital twins.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of MES, ERP, and related systems.
- Ensure real-time data collection, visibility, and traceability across operations.
- Pilot and scale AI/ML use cases for predictive maintenance and forecasting.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, engineering, quality, and leadership teams.
