Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director to lead manufacturing system integrations, ensuring reliable data flow between shop floor systems (MES, OT historians) and downstream capabilities such as scheduling and reporting.

You will partner with site teams, IT, OT, and vendors to map data, troubleshoot, and scale solutions globally, while overseeing data quality, validation, and implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in manufacturing technology or industrial systems
• 5+ years in manufacturing IT/OT, system integration, or automation roles
• BS in engineering, computer science or related field

Role

Associate Director leading manufacturing system integrations, ensuring reliable data flow between shop floor systems (MES, OT historians like AVEVA PI, DeltaV) and downstream capabilities such as scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• build, configure, and maintain integration standards
• partner with site teams, IT, OT, and vendors for data mapping, troubleshooting, and scaling solutions globally
• oversee data quality, validation, and implementation of industry 4.0 technologies
• and support governance and change management processes.

Requirements

• 12+ years in manufacturing technology or industrial systems, with at least 5 years in manufacturing IT/OT, system integration, or automation roles
• proficiency in SQL, manufacturing data ecosystems, and integration protocols (OPC UA, APIs)
• strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• BS in engineering, computer science or related field.
