Job summary

HydroJug, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst — Operations to own the reporting infrastructure for the Operations and Warehouse teams in Ogden, UT. You will develop forecast accuracy, OTIF, and inventory health analytics to empower leadership decisions.

You will partner with the Data Lead to produce S&OP data packs, support ad-hoc analyses, and advocate for data quality across the organization. This role is on-site in Ogden and requires collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining operational analytics reports.
• Ability to deliver accurate forecasts and performance metrics.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports tracking forecast accuracy by SKU, channel, and horizon.
• Own OTIF and fill-rate analytics across channels and provide root-cause analysis.
• Create supplier scorecards and inventory health dashboards by SKU and warehouse.
• Prepare S&OP data packs and ensure leadership reviews use current data.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses with defined SLAs to support Operations.
