Jobgether is seeking an Operations Analyst based in the United States to join a fast-growing team where data informs high-stakes decisions. You will own production-grade SQL queries, build dashboards, and develop self-service tools that guide frontline teams and leadership.

The role emphasizes forecasting, time-series analysis, and collaboration with central data teams. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, support staffing planning for peak periods, and travel to vendor

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL with BI infrastructure experience (Metabase/Looker).
• Strong Python for statistics and forecasting analyses.
• Experience with time-series forecasting and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to incorporate external datasets to strengthen analyses.
• Clear communication of analytical findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own production-grade SQL queries, dashboards, and self-service tools.
• Analyze vendor performance, time periods, and workflows to identify improvements.
• Investigate data anomalies using hypothesis-driven analysis and coordinate fixes.
• Establish and maintain consistent metric definitions and reporting accuracy.
• Develop staffing forecasts using historical volumes, seasonality, and external data.
• Analyze headcount vs. demand and support peak period planning.
• Collaborate with frontline teams to capture real-world workflow context.
• Document findings and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Travel to international vendor locations to observe operations.
