HydroJug is seeking a Data Analyst — Operations to own the reporting infrastructure for the Operations and Warehouse teams. You’ll provide the leadership with forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill-rate analytics, supplier scorecards and inventory health views to guide daily decisions. You report to the Data Lead and contribute to the S&OP forum.
You’ll ensure data quality, deliver timely ad-hoc analysis, and build scalable dashboards across NetSuite and BI tools used by HydroJug in Ogden, UT.
The Data Analyst — Operations is the dedicated analytics resource for HydroJug's Operations and Warehouse teams. You will own the reporting infrastructure that gives the Operations leadership team — demand planners, supply planners, inventory managers, the warehouse director — the data they need to make decisions every day. Forecast accuracy reporting, OTIF and fill-rate analytics, supplier scorecards, and inventory health views are your primary work products. You report to the Data Lead and feed data into HydroJug's S&OP forum as a standing contributor.
30 Days - Fully onboarded on HydroJug's data infrastructure (NetSuite, warehouse management system, any BI tools in use). - Audit of existing Operations and Warehouse reporting completed; gap list delivered to Data Lead. - First S&OP data pack produced and reviewed with Operations leadership.
90 Days - OTIF, fill-rate, and forecast accuracy reports live and running on a weekly/monthly cadence. - Supplier scorecard template built and first distribution cycle completed. - Inventory health dashboard in production; key stakeholders using it as a primary decision tool. - Ad-hoc request queue and SLA established.
180 Days - Full Operations reporting suite live and trusted by the team — Data Lead and Operations leadership relying on it for S&OP and weekly decisions. - Supplier scorecards distributed on consistent cadence with measurable supplier engagement. - First data quality improvement initiative completed as a result of upstream issue identification.
• Your numbers match. Operations leadership never gets to the S&OP forum and discovers the data is wrong.
• You build reports that answer the right question, not just the easy one. A forecast accuracy report that doesn't surface bias is a vanity metric.
• You communicate findings clearly to non-data-native stakeholders — demand planners and warehouse managers don't speak SQL; your outputs do the translation.
• You elevate data quality issues immediately rather than building workarounds that mask the problem.
