Job summary

HydroJug, Inc. seeks a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead the Warehouse Commercial Operations pillar, reporting to the VP of Warehouse Operations.

You will coordinate cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, and HR, and oversee two direct reports while building scalable DC processes. You will drive WMS reliability, capacity planning, and performance analytics, shaping the operational infrastructure for Ogden’s DC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DC, fulfillment, or supply‑chain operations.
• 3+ years managing managers in a fast-moving DC environment.
• Proven experience owning cross-functional partnerships at the Director level with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Experience with WMS platforms (Deposco, Manhattan, NetSuite WMS).
• Background in omni-channel fulfillment (retail/wholesale and DTC/eCommerce) across routing, tendering, and SLA management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two direct reports and hold them accountable to their lanes.
• Own all commercial operations standards across the DC — SOPs, carrier contracts, compliance, routing guide adherence.
• Be the single DC point of contact for Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Systems, Finance and HR.
• Own the DC calendar of cross-functional commitments like launches, promotions, and retailer windows.
• Translate commercial and marketing plans into executable DC operating plans.
• Partner with Systems on WMS uptime, prioritization, and productivity dashboards.
• Own the DC’s capacity inputs to S&OP and coordinate with Demand Planning and Inventory.
• Own carrier relationships and drive cost-per-unit improvements; manage the DC scorecard and KPIs.
