Job summary

HydroJug, Inc. is seeking a Data Lead to own the BI & Data function end to end in Ogden, UT. You will build and govern a brand-aware data platform—one BigQuery environment, segregated by brand, governed for trust—that every team relies on.

This is a senior individual-contributor / player-coach role with four direct reports. You will partner with the CFO and planning teams to align data inputs with business cadences, focusing on finance data and FP&A integration to drive trust and value across

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics or BI roles with 2+ years leading a data team
• Hands-on with BigQuery and data warehouses
• Experience with multi-brand ecommerce analytics
• Strong fluency in financial data and FP&A inputs
• Proficient in Looker, Tableau or similar BI tool
• Demonstrated ability to build data governance practices
• Experience hiring and developing analysts
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the data platform architecture and governance
• Ensure timely, trusted data for all teams; manage analyst capacity
• Establish data standards, documentation, and monitoring with Data Quality
• Partner with CFO and planning teams on finance data
• Hire and develop three analyst positions; set processes and priorities
• Own analytics stack and semantic layer adoption
• Represent data in Systems roadmap and translate to dashboards
