Job summary

Albuquerque & Sunwest True Value is seeking a detail-oriented Data Management & System Administration specialist to manage data integrity, onboard inventory, and coordinate vendor relations. You will ensure accurate data in core tracking systems and maintain up-to-date product information.

You will also coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inspect shipments, and support POS operations to maintain precise inventory at checkout.

Qualifications

• Execute accurate data entry into company databases and core tracking systems.
• Process and onboard new inventory items, ensuring all product specifications, pricing, and system data are fully up to date.
• Audit and verify data integrity to ensure all entered information is correct, consistent, and error-free.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors to coordinate orders, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Communicate regularly with external suppliers to track shipment timelines and verify billing or product details.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, managing the seamless flow of receiving and shipping processes.
• Inspect incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders to verify accuracy and condition.
• Coordinate inbound damaged product, communicating with vendor of damaged product and recover credits for the company.
• Maintain precise inventory tracking at checkout by ensuring all items register correctly in the system during point-of-sale activities.
