Job summary

BEStstaff, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Albuquerque area to support shipping/receiving, customer service, and showroom operations. You will unload freight, process receipts, manage transfers, and prepare merchandise for delivery while maintaining accurate records and addressing issues promptly.

The role requires basic math, good language skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will interact with sales, accounting, and drivers as part of daily warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience or exposure to shipping/receiving processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving duties with personnel and drivers.
• Safe unloading of freight trucks.
• Check-in and receiving merchandise per procedures.
• Administer incoming/outgoing store transfers per procedures.
• Store merchandise in warehouse storage areas.
• Pull merchandise for local and out-of-town deliveries and stage properly.
• Coordinate warranty returns with accounts payable and vendors as needed.
• Coordinate with inside sales; emphasize customer service.
• Assist with counter sales and showroom stocking.
• Know and use job tools (computer, phone, fax, email, voicemail, copier, calculator).
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts with team.
• Identify, evaluate, and assimilate information to make quality decisions.
