Job summary

Uzin Utz North America is seeking an Operations Systems Specialist in Waco, TX. The role emphasizes warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and data-driven process improvements across the North American distribution network.

The successful candidate will work with SAP, LFS WMS, and reporting tools, translating system data into actionable operational improvements across multiple sites, including Dover, DE and Aurora, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or related fields.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems; SAP and LFS experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile inventory variances and transaction errors; coordinate corrective actions.
• Lead cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and inventory-control improvements.
• Maintain on-site presence to validate system data against physical activity and address gaps.
• Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize SOPs, work instructions, and SAP/LFS procedures.
