• Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and guiding them through paperwork.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales, including deal jackets and DMV docs.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with accurate titles and funding documentation.
• Handle cash management tasks such as deposits and security protocols.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations across departments.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and reconciliation.
