This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to varying schedules, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and record data accurately for compliance and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems with intermediate PC skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through paperwork processes.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with proper documentation.
• Handle cash management tasks including deposits and payments.
• Train and mentor new associates and support store operations.
• Perform clerical duties: filing, data entry, and reconciliation.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
