Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Kent, WA is seeking an Operations Coordinator to verify and maintain shipment records and prepare items for shipment. The role supports inventory administration, tracking, monitoring and payment of inventory, and maintains accurate day-to-day levels.

You will work with MS Office and warehouse systems, perform cycle counts and data gathering for cost drivers, and ensure accuracy. 1-3 years of related experience preferred; high school diploma; competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with company computer system and MS Office.
• Familiarity with computerized warehouse systems.
• Strong math skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, address, stamp, and ship merchandise or material; receive, unpack, verify, and record incoming items; arrange transportation.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Perform audit-support tasks on MS documents and databases (cycle counts, verifications, reconciliations).
• Gather data and prepare moderately complex documents using MS Office and accounting systems.
• Help maintain accurate inventory balances in Warehouse Management System and support procurement goals.
