Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Edwardsville, KS is seeking an Operations Coordinator to verify and maintain shipment records, prepare items for dispatch, and support inventory administration. You will perform data entry, cycle counts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries, starting at 6:00 a.m.

A High School Diploma and 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred. We offer training and a collaborative environment with opportunities across our packaging and logistics

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related job experience in a warehouse setting.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency required.
• Strong math, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Good verbal and written communication; reliable team player.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures closely.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare items for shipment and arrange transportation as needed.
• Perform cycle counts, bin verifications and reconcile records.
• Enter data into MS Office and warehouse systems accurately.
• Support inventory management and procurement processes as directed.
• Provide attentive customer/supplier support and resolve inquiries.
