Job summary

Veritiv Corporation is seeking a General Manager - Kitting Operations to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, including kitting, production, receiving, picking and shipping. You will develop objectives, supervise staff, and drive performance improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

You will manage complex projects, oversee inventory, and implement company policies to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising large warehouse teams.
• Strong knowledge of distribution management and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate warehouse activities across kitting, production, receiving, picking, shipping.
• Set objectives and performance measures; hire and train staff.
• Monitor performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, HazMat and company policies.
• Manage complex projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Oversee physical inventory and asset control.
• Implement company policies across areas of responsibility.
• Some travel may be required.
