Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate work orders and efficient processes.
Resolve customer complaints quickly, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Supervise loading/unloading of orders to ensure accuracy and promptness.
Use routing software to dispatch trucks and ensure on-time deliveries to customer sites.
Use Agility software to track stock levels and report to Branch Manager to prevent duplicate orders.
Conduct weekly inventory activities and address damaged or outdated stock to maintain inventory integrity.
Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures to support branch operations.
Support Branch Manager's goals while maintaining strong customer service and professional representation.
