Job summary

SRS Building Products - Yuma, part of SRS Distribution Inc., is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate work orders, and support delivery requirements. You will use Agility and On Demand routing to optimize stock levels, coordinate with the Branch Manager, and maintain inventory integrity, while delivering superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure on-schedule work orders.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and coordinate with teams.
• Load/unload orders with accuracy and safety.
• Use On Demand routing to dispatch trucks and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility and report to Branch Manager.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and manage damaged/outdated stock.
• Support day-end balancing and reporting.
