Job summary

SRS Building Products in Utah is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate work orders, and support delivery requirements while improving customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with the Branch Manager, use Agility and On Demand routing software to optimize stock levels and dispatch, supervise loading/unloading, and conduct weekly cycle counts to sustain inventory integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring work orders are executed on schedule.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and courteously, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams as needed.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders, ensuring promptness and accuracy.
• Dispatch trucks using On Demand routing software to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility software and report to Branch Manager for inventory decisions.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts, and manage damaged or outdated stock to uphold inventory integrity.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures for smooth operations.
• Support Branch Manager's goals and uphold superior customer service.
• Occasional travel to regional branches for inventories, audits, and supplier meetings.
