Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to direct and coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials to customers in day-to-day operations. The Dispatcher adheres to company policies and manages equipment, trucks, delivery personnel and materials.

This role directs all activities that concern delivery, warehouse and facilities, ensuring accurate processing of orders and timely communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years related work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately.
• Ability to read maps and communicate directions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate ordering and delivery of materials to customers.
• Promote company policies and manage equipment, trucks, and personnel.
• Direct all activities related to delivery, warehouse and facilities.
• Process sales orders and support order processing.
• Coordinate driver training and ensure safety and cleanliness.
