Job summary

SRS Building Products is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate work orders, and improve customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and supporting delivery needs. The role collaborates with the Branch Manager, uses Agility software to monitor stock levels and prevent duplicates, and oversees dispatch and logistics of delivery vehicles.

Ability to coordinate with drivers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring work orders are executed on schedule.
Resolve incoming customer complaints swiftly and courteously, engaging warehouse personnel and delivery teams as needed.
Supervise loading and unloading of orders for vendors and customers with accuracy.
Dispatch trucks using On Demand routing software to ensure timely deliveries to worksites.
Track stock levels with Agility software and report to Branch Manager to prevent duplicate orders.
Conduct weekly inventory activities, including cycle counts and resolution of damaged stock, to maintain inventory integrity.
Implement orderly order processing and day-end balancing to support branch operations.
Enhance customer service and represent the company while supporting Branch Manager's goals.
