• Oversee loading/unloading to ensure promptness and accuracy.
• Dispatch trucks using On Demand routing software for timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility software for informed decisions.
• Perform inventory management, weekly cycle counts, and stock cleanup.
• Implement day-end balance processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain superior customer service and represent the company professionally.
