Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Oakley, CA. You will assist the manager with daily planning and monitor overall operations of deliveries and returns, working with warehouse staff to pull returns and improve process flow. You will liaise with Pilot Hub Operations and address customer service issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years transportation routing/dispatching/warehouse preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all return shipments daily.
• Review and work daily return report and POD on dock report.
• Organize return area so every shipment can be identified.
• Prioritize shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity.
• Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations.
