Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist the manager with daily planning and monitor overall operations of delivery and return orders. You will work closely with warehouse staff and direct returns from warehouse locations.

The role requires clerical accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and roughly 1+ years in routing/dispatching are preferred with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years transportation routing/dispatching/warehouse preferred.
• Clerical office experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all return shipments daily.
• Review and work daily return report and POD on dock report.
• Organize return area so every shipment can be identified.
• Prioritize shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity.
• Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations.
• Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Help with customer service issues as they arise.
• Other duties as requested.
