Job summary

Maersk Logistics USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist the manager with daily planning and monitoring of delivery and return orders. You will work closely with warehouse staff and direct the pulling of returns from warehouse locations to optimize trailer capacity.

The role requires attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication. A high school diploma and 1+ years in routing/dispatching or warehousing are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years transportation routing/dispatching/warehouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process all return shipments daily.
• Review and work daily return report and POD on dock report.
• Organize return area to identify every shipment.
• Prioritize shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity.
• Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations.
• Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Help with customer service issues as they arise.
• Other duties as requested.
