Maersk in Tracy, CA, is hiring an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day logistics and distribution operations. You will work with the Operations Manager to coordinate daily planning, track deliveries and returns, and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and effective at teamwork, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and routing software. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and salary ranges from $23 to $25 per hour.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and process daily return shipments to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight.
• Review and manage daily return reports and POD documentation.
• Maintain an organized returns area with clear identification.
• Strategically prioritize freight for loading to maximize trailer utilization.
• Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Hub Operations teams.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist with customer service inquiries with timely, professional support.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
