Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process daily return shipments to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight.
• Review and manage daily return reports and POD documentation.
• Maintain an organized returns area with clear identification.
• Strategically prioritize freight for loading to maximize trailer utilization.
• Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Hub Operations teams.
• Collaborate with partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist with customer service inquiries with timely, professional support.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
