Job summary

Array Listing Content, LLC in Santa Rosa Beach, FL is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep the customer experience smooth from inquiry to deliverable. You’ll be the central link between customers, production, and internal operations.

Responsibilities include managing the daily shoot schedule, handling customer communications, relaying notes to departments, and ensuring all checklists and projects are completed on time. Growth into operations leadership is possible as Array grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional work experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
• Strong local knowledge of the Emerald Coast region (Destin to Panama City).
• Excellent communication skills, especially in handling customer emails and phone calls.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software, systems, and tools.
• Self-starter who can work independently while also contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling - Manage the logistics of our production schedule effectively.
• Customer Communication - Promptly and professionally handle all customer needs with genuine care.
• Internal Communication - Clearly and accurately pass on/translate customer notes and requests between all departments.
• Complete all 'Recurring Checklists', 'To Do's' and 'Projects' on the project management board by their due dates.
• Live out Array's Core Values and seek to encourage them in others.
• Manage company phone and email inbox, responding promptly and with genuine care.
