Pragmatico is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure the operational side of the company runs smoothly. You will keep client delivery organized, track client commitments, and support recruiting and people operations in a fast-moving environment.

This full-time, remote role reports to the Head of Business Operations and is based in the United States. Indianapolis area preferred, but not required, offering room to grow with the company and contribute to AI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, people operations, executive support, or similar roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail in date, numbers, and names.
• Good judgment when information is incomplete; ask questions when unsure.
• Strong follow-through to track open items and deadlines.
• Comfort with technology and AI tools as part of work.
• Clear written communication in emails and documents.

Responsibilities

• Keep client delivery organized by scheduling sessions and maintaining master delivery calendar.
• Track what each client purchased and what has been delivered; update client-facing platform as engagements progress.
• Prepare agenda for weekly delivery meetings; take notes and track follow-ups.
