Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and reporting).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Basic understanding of operations, logistics, or business processes.
• High level of accuracy and accountability when handling data and records.
• Willingness to learn operational systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract management tasks, including organizing vendor agreements, docketing key dates, and maintaining contract documentation.
• Support facilities management activities such as coordinating maintenance requests, tracking service schedules, and assisting with vendor communications.
• Help collect, track, and report key performance indicator (KPI) data related to logistics, shipping, and operational efficiency.
• Support order processing, fulfilment, and scheduling, ensuring alignment between production timelines, inventory availability, and shipment dates.
• Help prepare and maintain order expenditure and cost-tracking reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Maintain accurate records on department quality reporting and ensure all activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify opportunities for improving processes and data-tracking efficiency.
• Support development and implementation of initiatives coordinated by the Operations Manager.
